Here it is, the fifth and final installment in the Summoning series! Thanks for voting these guys back for a few rounds, the Firewall is always fun to draw. But, like all good things, it must come to an end as we retire the five-time champ and choose a new hero.
Our new poll:
Next Week's Repeat Destination:
Total Voters: 3,836
I listened to an intriguing episode of Radiolab on my way home from SPX, concerning thought and language and the connections between the two. The sciencemasters that were interviewed for the first segment of the show posit that they’re pretty much the same thing, and until you have a word for a thing it’s nearly impossible to conceptualize it. That said, I know a lot of people who can talk plenty and thought never enters into it, so I guess the relationship between the two isn’t so cut and dry.
Howdy, everyone! Welcome to Scenes From A Multiverse, my new daily comic strip about what it’s like to live in a multiverse. I hope you enjoy it!
Here’s how it works: each day we’ll visit a new destination in an ordinary multiverse. At the end of the week, you’ll vote on which destination you enjoyed the most. The following Friday, we’ll take a return trip to the destination with the most votes!
If a destination gets voted to the top spot ten weeks in a row, it becomes a regular stop for a full year and voting continues on the other four destinations. So please keep coming back and help decide our itinerary.
Today’s strip is not reflective of my own parenting techniques. I use chocolate and pepper spray.
