Artificial Intelligentsia

For those of you not neck-deep in the minutia of science blogging, there have been a number of claims and counterclaims regarding the feasibility of simulating the human brain on a computer in the near-term future. As a biologist I’m inclined to side with Myers’ assessment of the situation. As a human I know that anyone claiming to know what’s going to happen more than 72 hours from now is full of bullshit and if we are being ruled by a race of benevolent sentient clams next week I will not be terribly surprised.

Anyhow.

What do you guys want to see on the first batch of SFAM tees? I’m gonna try and design some up for you, tweet at me if you have any short ‘n’ sweet SFAM-derived ideas.
